How do I measure my wall for a mural?
We require the height and width of your wall. If your wall has windows, doors or slopes - measure the wall as one area with the maximum height and width.
Use our guide for precise measurements.
We also recommend adding 2-4 inches/centimetres to the measurements. This extra allowance prevents potential coverage gaps, allowing for a smoother, more secure application. Trim any excess after hanging for a seamless fit.
How long does it typically take to receive my order?
Our production time is typically 1–5 business days.
We offer free express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days via FedEx Priority to the EU, US, and Canada. For other countries, delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also view your order status anytime in your account.
Can’t find your tracking number? Just send us your order number — we’ll be happy to resend it.
*We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Can you use my image or design to print a mural for me?
Yes, we can certainly use your image or design to create a custom mural for you.
However, it's important that the design quality is good enough for printing. High-resolution images with clear details and suitable dimensions work best for achieving the best results. If you have a design in mind, feel free to send it to hello@chicandkiddo.com, and we'll assess its quality and discuss the customization options available to you.
* Make sure that you attach the file in its original size to ensure the best outcome.
