We offer free express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days via FedEx Priority to the EU, US, UK and Canada. For other countries, delivery takes approximately 2–10 business days.

3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

4. Delivery Issues: In the rare event that your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Can I order a custom-sized mural?

Absolutely! Simply provide us with the full wall measurements (width and height) and material. Just email us: hello@chicandkiddo.com or drop a message in the chat. We'll guide you through the process, ensuring that your custom orders seamlessly match your dimensions, all without any additional costs.

Then, we will send you an image of the mural in your dimensions, along with the price and a custom order payment link.

How do I measure my wall for a mural?

We require the height and width of your wall. If your wall has windows, doors or slopes - measure the wall as one area with the maximum height and width.

Use our guide for precise measurements.

We also recommend adding 2-4 inches/centimetres to the measurements. This extra allowance prevents potential coverage gaps, allowing for a smoother, more secure application. Trim any excess after hanging for a seamless fit.

How long does it typically take to receive my order?

Our production time is typically 1–5 business days.

However, it's important that the design quality is good enough for printing. High-resolution images with clear details and suitable dimensions work best for achieving the best results. If you have a design in mind, feel free to send it to hello@chicandkiddo.com, and we'll assess its quality and discuss the customization options available to you.
