2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:
- We offer free express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days via FedEx Priority to the EU, US, UK and Canada. For other countries, delivery takes approximately 2–10 business days.
3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
4. Delivery Issues: In the rare event that your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
