Our wallpapers and murals are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is uniquely crafted for you. Due to this, we do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted items or incorrect selections. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- We will cover the cost of replacement or refund, including return shipping (if required).
We ship all orders via FedEx with photo confirmation, If we determine that the item was delivered in the expected condition and matches your order, a return or refund will not be possible.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Since all our wallpapers and murals are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Unwanted items or buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect size or style selection by the customer.
- Minor color variations due to screen differences.
- Installation errors, such as misalignment or incorrect application.
Color Disclaimer: Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and screen settings. If color accuracy is critical, we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing.
Exceptions (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
- Custom-sized or custom-designed wallpapers are excluded from this policy.
Processing Time for Refunds
- If a refund is approved (for eligible cases such as damages or incorrect items), it will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary, so please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
