Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Wrong Item or Damage: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing photos or videos if applicable. We'll exchange the item for free and cover all shipping and return costs. Alternatively, we'll offer you a full refund once you've returned the goods to us, with us bearing all return costs.

Unsatisfactory Item: If you decide you don't like the item and it's not defective, please contact us within 30 days via chat or email. You'll need to return the item in its original condition, and the return cost will be your responsibility. After we receive the item, we'll arrange a refund if we deem it resalable. Please note that we're unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections, and we cannot offer a refund if we cannot resell your item due to its made-to-order nature.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Changes in your bank statement may take 7-10 business days to reflect. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
